Ummeed conducted an interactive session on “Memorization Capacity Enhancement Techniques" with class V students of Citizens Public School, Siliguri on 30th November, 2020. The session was conducted by Ummeed Team. Students of class V were empowered on different memory enhancement skills.

A series of study skills workshops at Citizens Public School, Siliguri, WB for students of class 6,7,8,9,10 conducted by Ummeed counselors in the month of October 2020.Students of class VI were empowered on different memory enhancement skills. Identifying the common distracters and different concentration enhancing techniques were the major focus of classes VII & VIII students sessions. Enriching the students of classes IX & X on effective Study techniques like art of note taking, mind mapping, teaching others etc before their half yearly examination. 

Students thanked the resource persons and shared that they learnt how to improve themselves and to manage their times efficiently, not only that they also mentioned that prioritizing work in terms of urgency and importance is also very essential.

A series of positive parenting sessions at Contai Public School, Contai WB for Parents on reducing Pandemic blues and effectively utilizing time with young children at home, being there educator, fitness trainer, health inspector and caregivers who are building skills in age appropriate manner with everyday life opportunities in August 2020 by Ummeed.

Ummeed started the Advance Behaviour Management course for Skill development from 4th July, 2020. The session was attended by counsellors, psychology students and principals to be better equipped to steer their teams towards good mental health. 

The Course provides awareness and builds techniques to handle. 

Course gives exposure to Positive Psychology framework, Mental Health continuum, CBT in day to day life situation, NLP for therapists, 

Handling anxiety and depression, observing a child's play and its interpretation. 

Participants from Jamshedpur, Patiala, Orissa, Delhi, Calcutta, Siliguri, Arunachal, Sikkim, and Assam joined the course.
