On 25th November 2022 Ummeed empowered the educators at DPS Damanjodi on Adolescent Mental Health- symptoms and strategies to help.

Taking care of oneself, skills to be an emotionally resilient educator and dealing with anxiety , aggression and depression were the key focus of the session.

On 22nd November, Ummeed conducted life skill session with class 7 students of Rajasthan Vidya Mandir on Essential Time and task Management Strategies to make life more Effective where the discussion took place on: 

- Having Schedule, 

- To do List, 

- Find the right Time, 

- Prioritizing the task, 

- Avoid distractions when studying, 

- Studying Time is more effective, 

- Developing Healthy Activities like Doing exercise, 

- Have enough sleep.
