On 22nd November, Ummeed conducted a life skill session with class IX students of Rajasthan Vidya Mandir. Session focused on:

- A general overview on the concept of counselling.

- Discussed the myths related to counselling.

- Students identified their common distractors.

- Strategies discussed to handle the common distractors.

On 14th November, students of classes 8 & 9 at Rajasthan Vidya Mandir were encouraged to make their study interesting by Utilizing their own skills. Break the taboos related to the study and achieve their goals. The importance of Reading, Writing and Revision were explained to the students. It was indeed an interactive session.

ACI Formulations Ltd. Bangladesh COO Dr. Mukter Ahmed Sarkar and Managing Director Ms Shusmita Anis invited Ummeed to conduct Competency Management and professional skill development training at Bangladesh to empower and enable the managers for growth mindset.

Two days of intense experiential training with GM and executives from marketing, sales ,production and training departments of ACI formulations, adding to Crop care, Pharmaceuticals, in a fast growing economy.

Areas deliberated on were Transformational leadership, Growth - Choice and Passion, Emotional Intelligence at workplace, Spectrum of human emotions , Developing self awareness as a skill for continuous improvement of skills - Personal and Professional competence, Anger Management were core focus of the session.

It was a good interaction with the students of Class V at Julien Day school, Howrah on 25th August, 2022. The students were asked to share their ideas about memory, in relation to learning better.

The concept of smart memory was introduced to children. Discussed a few techniques on ways to better memorization.

Ummeed sensitized the students of Class IV at Julien Day School, Howrah on 24th August, 2022. The session focused on:

• The importance and need of understanding the content of learning material were emphasized.

• The efficacy of remembering content by reading silently and reading loudly was highlighted.
