- On 12th May, 2022, Team Ummeed sensitized the caregivers of Julien Day School, Howrah focusing on the meaning of personal space.
  Sensitizing about feelings and touch.
  Understanding the importance of good touch and bad touch.
  The caregivers were made aware about the concept and types of boundaries.
  To enable them to understand how children enrolled in our schools feel secure and cared for at all times in a safe, loving and stimulating environment for growing and developing.
- Ummeed counsellors conducted session with class 5 students of Frank Anthony Public School on 11th May 2022.
  With the help of activities, memory games students understand the effective memorization techniques like using visual cues, mnemonics, association, categorization, chunking, rehearsal etc.
- On 5th May, 2022 Ummeed counsellors sensitized the primary and junior school teachers at Julien Day School, Howrah on positive classroom management for academic and behavioural concerns. Session also focused on understanding the emotional needs of the child.
- Sensorial learning activity was conducted with the students of class 1 of Frank Anthony Public School on 29th April, 2022. Ummeed counsellors did activities for all to connect, to build bonds in creative ways and to learn classroom manners.
  
  The session was very interactive. Students were actively participating.
- Ummeed counsellors conducted sessions with class 4 students of Frank Anthony Public School on 29th April 2022.
  Students learned the techniques to memorize things. With the help of activities children understand the strategies like using visual cues, association, rehearsal etc.
  During the sessions they learnt that using more sense organs while reading helps us to focus and attend more.
  All the students were very participative throughout the session.
- On 29th April, 22 The Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata Internal Complaints Committee hosted a seminar on "Changing face of Gender Equality in Indian perspective" collaboration with IQAC .
  Ms. Salony Priya was the keynote speaker of this seminar.
  A very thought provoking discussion with students, a changing paradigm with a cultural mythological and contemporary social perspective.
- Parents of Julien Day School, Howrah learned the parenting skills for smart parents with Ms. Salony Priya on 29th April, 2022. And with the students of class X, Ms. Salony Priya focused on career goals which help them to focus on what they want to do for a living. Also encouraged students to write their own career goals.
- On 20th April, 2022 on the occasion of Sunbeam School Deoria celebrated 10 years of Empowering Future Citizens, Ms.Salony Priya empowered Teachers on "Empowering Educators for Post Covid Learning" & Parents on "Proactive Parenting Building Millennial Skill".
- Ms. Salony Priya sensitized the parents of nursery students of Adamas International School, Kolkata on 6th April, 2022, where she mentioned parents’ role is not only to protect their child.
  Session focused on:
  Awareness on how parenting styles affect a child’s development was made.
  Demonstration and repetition.
  The child should be assigned some age-appropriate responsibility and appreciate their efforts.
  Balance Real with Virtual.
  Guided them about sensorial learning, observation, association, imitation, motor coordination.
