The schoolserving community of 25 years, 100 pluschildren from tribal communities integrated in mainstream ICSE curriculum.

Sessionfocus on learning and sharing mental health and self management skills, IQ andEQ technique to bridge skill gaps, Digital distractions diffused with blendedlearning.

On 22ndMarch Eduserve Sunbeam group Education consultancy with 17 successful associateschools all over UP right from Ghazipur, Ayodhya, Gonda ,Robertsganj, Sarnath,Mirzapur, Jaunpur, Mau ,Balia had empowered more than 320 educators by Ummeedway. Teacher interacted with Ms. Salony Priya to get ready to learn to teachthe millennial generation for a new world.

On 17thMarch Mrs. Salony Priya was invited by Anand Pratap Sir, HOD, PsychologyDepartment, Gautam Buddha University to give a talk to students of Mphil and PGcourses.

She enlightenedthe students on counselling psychology scope and spectrum of possibilities,skills required for young psychologists.

On 15thMarch, Ummeed empowers educators of Motilal Nehru Public School, Jamshedpur on adolescent#mental health, the post covid challenges in classroom and deeperinsight into understanding behavior, mindfulnessto relaxation, mental health and new age teachers' role was focused upon.

Project Management Unit (NIPUN Bharat Mission) DIET R K Puram is invited Ms. Salony Priya on 6th March to be the resource person in a workshop for Primary In-charges, Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers for Development of their understanding of use of TLM (FLN) under NIPUN Bharat Mission.

As per the NIPUN guidelines it is mandatory that teachers get opportunities to know and understand TLMs, their uses in pedagogy and assessment, hands-on practice in their creation.

The role of parents and community is very important to promote learning in children as it helps them to connect with their peers and immediate environment.

Basics of How children learn and How teachers need to balance cognitive and emotional aspects of learning was discussed.
